Terms of Service
Effective August 11, 2026
These terms govern use of the KDT LLC ("KDT") carrier agreement portal at agreekdt.com and the KDT text messaging program. Freight transportation itself is governed by the separate broker–carrier agreement between KDT and the carrier; nothing here modifies that agreement.
Use of the portal
The signing portal is accessed by an expiring link sent to a specific recipient. Links are personal to that recipient and must not be forwarded. You agree that information you submit — including company details, insurance, and signatures — is accurate and that you are authorized to bind the company on whose behalf you sign.
SMS Terms
Program description
KDT sends operational text messages to carriers, drivers, and shipment contacts about specific loads: dispatch details, pickup and delivery updates, document requests, and responses to your questions. This is a conversational, transactional program. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How consent is obtained
There are two ways to enroll, and only these two:
- Consent form in the carrier agreement portal. Carriers we onboard receive an expiring link to their broker–carrier agreement at agreekdt.com. That page includes an optional checkbox, unchecked by default, reading: "I agree to receive operational text messages from KDT about shipments at the mobile number below (dispatch details, pickup and delivery updates, and document requests). Message frequency varies by shipment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of doing business with KDT." A mobile number field appears only after the box is checked, and the agreement can be signed with the box left unchecked.
- Verbally, on a dispatch call. During the call in which a load is dispatched or a rate is agreed, a KDT representative reads the following and proceeds only on an affirmative answer: "Can I text you at this number about this load? You'd get dispatch details, pickup and delivery updates, and document requests from KDT. Message frequency varies by shipment activity, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP any time to end the texts or HELP for help. This is optional — it's not a condition of doing business with us, and we can stay on phone and email if you'd rather. Our terms and privacy policy are at agreekdt.com/terms-of-service and agreekdt.com/privacy." We record the date, time, mobile number, and name of the person who agreed.
Consent to receive operational texts is not a condition of doing business with KDT — you may decline and continue by phone or email. Both flows are documented, with the consent form reproduced as carriers see it, on our text message opt-in page.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by shipment activity. Most numbers receive only a handful of messages per load.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to end texts at that number. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Opting out of texts does not remove you from phone or email contact about active shipments.

Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our handling of your information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent, is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the portal or messaging program after an update constitutes acceptance.
